Registration Information:

• Register your YMCA group for the Y Achievers Summit 2024 by submitting a registration form below for each attendee.
• The registration fee is $460 per attendee. A $100 deposit must be paid for each attendee at time of registration.
• Deposits are refundable if the reservation is canceled prior to Friday, June 28, 2024. Starting June 28, 2024, deposits are nonrefundable, however, are transferable to a replacement participant or group.

Package Information:

• Each attendee package includes:
  • A 4-night stay in the Historic Eureka Hall.  Rooms will be shared with other attendees from your YMCA club /group and will either have a private, attached bathroom, or use a dorm style, shared bathroom.   Rooms for youth will be filled to maximum capacity by gender, and rooms for adult attendees will be filled two to a room.   All beds are single beds or single bunk beds.  Rooms have A/C, linens, and towels.  Rooms do not include hair dryers, irons, refrigerators, microwaves, or televisions.  Eureka Hall is located within a five-minute walk uphill from the main building (Blue Ridge Center).  Please make note of any mobility difficulties that might require you to be housed on a ground-level floor since this building does not have an elevator.
  • Meals starting with Dinner on Sunday and ending with Breakfast on Thursday.  Meals are served buffet style in the Blue Ridge Assembly.

After June 28th, cancelled attendees can be replaced with new attendees but additional attendees cannot be added. Refunds will not be issued after this date for cancellations, missed nights, missed meals or missed programs.

I understand that I receive no reimbursement for allowing my photo to be taken or for the use of the photo or video. I will not hold the YMCA Blue Ridge Assembly, its employees, volunteers, or fellow campers responsible for any injuries that occur during activities, or injuries on the property, or after my camping session. Deposits are refundable if reservation is canceled prior to Friday, June 28, 2024. Starting June 28, 2024, deposits are nonrefundable, however, are transferable to a replacement participant. No refunds will be issued for reservations cancelled during program dates. Packages cannot be divided or discounted for missed nights, meals, or programs. Reservations will not be made without a deposit. All deposits will be subtracted from the total amount and any remaining balance will be due upon arrival (cash, check or credit/debit card - Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express). A convenience fee of 3% will be added to all credit/debit card payments. Reservations are taken by mail, fax, or online. Please no phone reservations. All cancellations, deposits or blue ridge fund transfers must be requested in writing. The following are not permitted on YMCA Blue Ridge Assembly property: pets, camping, firearms and all weapons, tobacco use, candles, incense, and decorative lighting. Names and age categories of all attendees are required, so Blue Ridge can provide statistical information to Y-USA.
