Event Information:

• The Event will be held at YMCA Blue Ridge Assembly, and you are able to register for 3 nights of lodging and a meal package.

Event Package Information:

• Please Note: All Cottages, 10 Bedroom Lodge, Barnhardt Lodge, McCarty Lodge, Hibbard Hall, and Rooms in Blue Ridge Center and Asheville Hall have been reserved and are no longer available.
• $100 deposit per adult is required for Registration. The remaining balance will be paid at check in on Wednesday May 29th. Children ages 5 and under are free.
• Event Package includes: Eight meals starting with dinner on Wednesday, May 29th and ending with breakfast on Saturday, June 1st.  This is sold as a package and meals can not be added or subtracted.
• Early Arrival Lodging is available for both Staff/Faculty and Families attending the event
  • Staff may arrive May 27th-May 28th
  • Families may arrive starting May 28th
  • McCarty Lodge will not be available for Early Arrival
  • Please indicate in the registration form below whether you are Staff/Faculty or a Family attending the event and whether you plan to arrive on May 27, or May 28.
• Early Arrival Meals can be added for a package price of $41 per adult and $20.50 per child (6-11 years old). Early arrival meals include 3 Meals starting with Dinner Tuesday, May 28th – Lunch Wednesday, May 29th.
• Note: a Facility fee is included in the Meal Package Price

ALL THE FINE PRINT: Deposits are refundable if reservation is cancelled prior to Monday, April 27th, 2024. After Monday, April 27th 2024, deposits are non-refundable. Once we are 7- days away from the event all charges for meals/food will be charged. No refunds will be issued for reservations cancelled during program dates. Packages cannot be divided or discounted for missed nights, meals, or programs. Reservations will not be made without a deposit. All deposits will be subtracted from the total amount and any remaining balance will be due upon arrival (cash, check or debit/credit card - Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express). A convenience fee of 3% will be added to all debit/credit card payments. Reservations are taken by mail, fax, or online. All cancellations must be requested in writing. The following are not permitted on YMCA Blue Ridge Assembly property: pets, camping, firearms and all weapons, tobacco use, candles, incense, and decorative lighting. The assembly requests names and age categories of all attendees upon registration. Names and age categories of all attendees are required, so Blue Ridge can provide statistical information to Y-USA. The Assembly reserves the right to use photographs of individuals on assembly grounds in any promotional materials.
