Attendee Registration Information:

• Each attendee package includes:
  • A 2-night stay in a Hotel-style room that includes two beds, AC/Heat, and an attached bathroom.
  • Rooms have linens, and towels.  Rooms do not include hair dryers, irons, refrigerators, microwaves, or televisions.
  • Please make note of any mobility difficulties that might require you to be housed on a ground-level floor since one building does not have an elevator.
  • Meals starting with Dinner on Monday  and ending with Breakfast on Wednesday.  Meals are served buffet style in the Blue Ridge Assembly.
• Commuter package include:
  • Dinner on Monday, November 11th and lunch and dinner on Tuesday, November 12th.  
• Individual Attendee Package Costs:
  • Single occupancy package $437
  • Double occupancy package $332
  • Commuter package $191
  • Registration closes on Friday, November 1st at 5:00pm EST.
• If you have remaining balance we will have an invoice ready for you upon your arrival. This balance can be payed by credit/debit card with an additional 3% card convenience fee or by check.
