Package Details:

• Pricing Details – Registrations are made with a minimum deposit of $100 for Lodging Packages or the full payment for Commuter Packages.  All balances are due upon arrival and may be paid by cash, check, or credit/debit card (all credit/debit cards will be subject to a convenience fee of 3%). When making payments on PayPal there will not be a 3% fee, it will only be applied if you pay your invoice upon arrival with a credit or debit card.  Deposits are refundable if reservation is cancelled prior to Tuesday, August 27th, 2024.  After Tuesday, August 27th, deposits are non-refundable, however, are transferable to a replacement participant.  All packages are sold as a package and will not be reduced due to missed nights or meals.  No refunds will be issued for reservations canceled during program dates.
• Lodging Packages are available for those that will stay on site and Commuter Packages are available for those with alternative lodging.  Early Arrival and Late Departure Lodging Packages are available for those that will arrive on Thursday, September 26th or Depart on Monday, September 30th. No additional meals will be available for late departures or early arrivals.
• Additional Attendee Package: If you plan to share your room with a friend, significant other, or another participant of the gathering. Please select the additional attendee in the form below. You will sign both yourself and the person that you plan to room with up for the event.

Package Selections:

• Lodging Package Includes: Two nights of Lodging and Meals for one attendee. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner will be served in the Blue Ridge Center Dining Hall starting with Dinner, Friday, September 27th and ending with Breakfast, Sunday, September 29th. Lodging will also be in the Blue Ridge Center (see Building Descriptions below)
  • Blue Ridge Center Lodging and Meals Package – $370
• Additional Attendee Package Includes: Full Meal Package for the additional person that you will be rooming with. Meals included in this package are Dinner on Friday, Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner on Saturday, and Breakfast on Sunday. 
  • Additional Attendee Meal Package – $90
• Early Arrival Packages Include: One night of Lodging (in the same room as your main stay) on Thursday, September 26th
  • Blue Ridge Center Early Arrival Lodging – $140
• Late Departure Packages Includes: One night of Lodging (in the same room as your main stay) on Sunday, September 29th
  • Blue Ridge Center Late Departure Lodging – $140
• Commuter Packages Include: Lunch and dinner on Saturday, September 28th. This package does not include any overnight lodging.
  • Commuter Meal Package – $46

Building Descriptions:

• Blue Ridge Center (Hotel Style) – Each room includes two queen beds, a private bathroom, A/C, heat, and access to an elevator.

ALL THE FINE PRINT: Deposits are refundable if reservation is cancelled prior to Tuesday, August 27th, 2024. After Tuesday, August 27th 2024, deposits are non-refundable, however, are transferable to a replacement participant. No refunds will be issued for reservations cancelled during program dates. Packages cannot be divided or discounted for missed nights, meals, or programs. Reservations will not be made without a deposit. All deposits will be subtracted from the total amount and any remaining balance will be due upon arrival (cash, check or debit/credit card - Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express). A convenience fee of 3% will be added to all debit/credit card payments. Reservations are taken by mail, fax, or online. Please no phone reservations. All cancellations must be requested in writing. The following are not permitted on YMCA Blue Ridge Assembly property: pets, camping, firearms and all weapons, tobacco use, candles, incense, and decorative lighting. The assembly requests names and age categories of all attendees upon registration. Names and age categories of all attendees are required, so blue ridge can provide statistical information to Y-USA. The assembly reserves the right to use photographs of individuals on assembly grounds in any promotional materials.
