- This registration site will allow you register for lodging, meals, and certain events including the Friday Welcome Reception and Dinner and Saturday 2024 annual meeting.
- Registration for hikes and excursions will be done through Friends of the Mountains-to-Sea Trail. Please stay tuned as registration for these events will open closer to the event start date.

Event Information:
- The Gathering will be held at YMCA Blue Ridge Assembly, and we are able to offer 1, 2, or 3 nights of lodging and meals.
- Attendees will be able to enjoy Welcome Reception & Dinner and 2024 annual meeting. Please see below for package registration.

- Full Event includes: Welcome Reception and Dinner on Friday and 2024 annual meeting and lunch on Saturday.
- Member – $85
- Guest of a Member – $75
- Non-Member – $120 (This includes a $35 dollar annual membership)
- Friday Only includes: Welcome Reception and Dinner.
- Member/Guest of a Member – $45
- Non-Member – $80 (This includes a $35 dollar annual membership)
- Saturday Only includes: 2024 annual meeting and lunch.
- Member/Guest of Member – $55
- Non-Member – $90 (This includes a $35 dollar annual membership)
Lodging Package Information:

Tent Camping Package is $35 per tent and there are only 15 spots available. Campers will have access to bathrooms that are within a short walk of the sites. This bathroom does not have showers.
- There is one newly renovated Cottage available for $300 dollars a night. This is a 3 bedroom cottage that can sleep up to 8 attendees. Click here for more information.Â
- If you are interested in tent camping or the cottage please contact Josh Sartori at jsartori@yblueridge.org or by phone at 828-210-2152. Once you have reserved the campsite or cottage Josh will send you an invoice to collect payment for the Event Package, Facility Fee, and Lodging. If you are registering for the cottage or tent camping you do not have to register below.Â
- Early Arrival Lodging Packages – Asheville Hall and the Cottages are the only lodging options available on Thursday, May 2nd. This package includes one night of lodging on The Gathering starts.
