• Lodging Packages are available for those that will stay on site and Commuter Packages are available for those with alternative lodging.  Both packages include meals, as detailed below.  All costs below are sold as a per person package and will not be reduced due to missed nights or meals.

• This form only registers you for lodging and meals at the YMCA Blue Ridge Assembly.  Please also register with the SERFA Annual Conference online at: https://www.serfa.org/conference-registration. Registering at the SERFA website is mandatory, each attendee must register at **both** places.

Financial Details:

• Registrations are made with a minimum deposit of $100.00 for Lodging Packages or the full payment for Commuter Packages.
• All balances are due upon arrival. Balance may be paid by cash, check, or credit/debit card. A convenience fee of 3% will be added to all credit/debit card payments made in house.
• If reservations are cancelled prior to Tuesday, April 9, 2024, deposits are refundable or transferable to a replacement participant.
• All rates listed are per person.

Commuter Package Details:

• This package does not include any overnight lodging.
• Commuter reservations require the full payment with registration. Rates listed are per person.
• Includes five meals: Dinner on Thursday, May 9^th, Lunch and Dinner on Friday, May 10^th, and Lunch and Dinner on Saturday, May 11th. Breakfasts are not included.

Lodging Package Details:

• Lodging reservations require a minimum deposit of $100. All rates listed are per person.
• Lodging is assigned first come, first serve, with preference given to those with serious mobility concerns.
• Dates of Stay:
  • 3-Night Stay includes lodging for 3 nights and 8 meals.  Meals begin with Dinner on Thursday, May 9^th and end with Breakfast on Sunday, May 12^th.
  • 2-Night Stay includes lodging for 2 nights and 5 meals.  Meals begin with Dinner on Friday, May 10^th and end with Breakfast on Sunday, May 12^th.
• Economy-Style: Lodging is available in Hibbard Hall (rooms have two sets of single bunk beds). All rooms include air conditioning, heat, and a private bathroom. There is no Single Occupancy option for economy-style rooms. There are parking spots available just outside the Hall.
  • 3-Night Stay – Double Occupancy (one roommate) $244/person/stay
  • 2-Night Stay – Double Occupancy (one roommate) $164/person/stay
• Lodge-Style: Lodging is available in the 10-Bedroom Lodge. While most rooms have a shared bathroom with at least one other room, the Lodges offer a unique experience with full-sized kitchens, common areas, and a porch with rocking chairs. All rooms include air conditioning and heat. There are parking spots available just outside the Lodges.
  • 3-Night Stay  – Single Occupancy (no roommate) $478/person/stay
  • 3-Night Stay – Double Occupancy (one roommate) $307/person/stay
  • 2-Night Stay – Single Occupancy (no roommate) $320/person/stay

● Deposits are refundable if the reservation is canceled prior to Tuesday, April 9, 2024. After this date, deposits are non-refundable but are transferable to a replacement party.
● No refunds will be issued for reservations cancelled during program dates.  Packages cannot be divided or discounted for missed nights, meals, or programs.  All cancellations, deposits, or Blue Ridge Fund transfers must be requested in writing. Reservations are taken by mail, fax, or online but please no phone reservations.  Reservations will not be made without a deposit and all deposits will be subtracted from the total amount and any remaining balance will be due upon arrival (cash, check or debit/credit card - Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express). A convenience fee of 3% will be added to all debit/credit card payments.
● The following are not permitted on YMCA Blue Ridge Assembly property: pets, camping, firearms and all weapons, tobacco use, candles, incense, and decorative lighting.
● The assembly requests names and age categories of all attendees upon registration. Names and age categories of all attendees are required, so blue ridge can provide statistical information to Y-USA. The assembly reserves the right to use photographs of individuals on assembly grounds in any promotional materials.
