  • Each attendee should submit one registration and pay either their deposit or their full payment.  All rates listed are per person.
  • This form only registers you for lodging and meals at the YMCA Blue Ridge Assembly.  Please also register with the Herb Symposium online at www.botanicalmedicine.org  or by calling (541)482-3016.

Package Details:

  • Lodging Packages are available for those that will stay on site and Commuter Packages are available for those with alternative lodging.  Early Arrival and Late Departure Lodging Packages are available for those that will arrive on Thursday, May 16th or Depart on Monday, May 20th.
  • Pricing Details – Registrations are made with a minimum deposit of $100 for Lodging Packages or the full payment for Commuter Packages.  All balances are due upon arrival and may be paid by cash, check, or credit/debit card (all credit/debit cards will be subject to a convenience fee of 3%). When making payments on PayPal there will not be a 3% fee, it will only be applied if you pay your invoice upon arrival.  Deposits are refundable if reservation is cancelled prior to Tuesday, April 16th, 2024.  After Tuesday, April 16th, deposits are non-refundable, however, are transferable to a replacement participant.  All packages are sold as a package and will not be reduced due to missed nights or meals.  No refunds will be issued for reservations canceled during program dates.
  • Lodging Packages Include: Two nights of lodging and meals (Dinner on Friday through Lunch on Sunday) for one attendee. Single packages will not have a roommate, Double packages will have one roommate.  For example, two people that plan to share a room should each register for the Double package. (see Building Descriptions below)
    • Asheville Hall or Blue Ridge Center – Single ($374), Double ($244), Additional Adult ($154), Child Ages 4-12 ($87), No cost for children under 3
    • Historic Abbott Hall  – Single ($250), Double ($182)
  • Early Arrival Packages Include: One night of Lodging (in the same room as your main stay) on Thursday, May 16th
    • Asheville Hall or Blue Ridge Center – $130
    • Abbott Hall – $68
  • Late Departure Packages Includes: One night of Lodging (in the same room as your main stay) on Sunday, May 20th
    • Asheville Hall or Blue Ridge Center – $130
    • Abbott Hall – $68
  • Early Arrival and Late Departure Packages Include: Two nights of Lodging (in the same room as your main stay) on Thursday, May 16th and Sunday, May 19th
    • Asheville Hall or Blue Ridge Center – $260
    • Abbott Hall – $136
  • Additional Meals Include: The option of Friday buffet Lunch ($15), Sunday buffet Dinner ($19), and/or Monday buffet Breakfast ($13).  Your conference meal package begins with Dinner on Friday.  All costs are sold as a package and will not be reduced due to missed nights or meals.
  • Commuter Packages Include: Designated meals on Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday for one attendee.  The price of the package includes a $20 facility fee. This package does not include any overnight lodging.
    • Friday $39 (Dinner plus Facility Fee)
    • Saturday $54 (Lunch and Dinner plus Facility Fee)
    • Sunday $48 (Breakfast and Lunch plus Facility Fee)
    • Full Commuter Package $101 (Meals on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday plus Facility Fee)

Building Descriptions:

  • Asheville Hall (Hotel Style) (FULL) – Each room varies in size and shape (two double beds, two single beds, or one double and one single bed), and includes a private bathroom, A/C, and heat.
  • Blue Ridge Center (Hotel Style) (FULL) – Each room includes two queen beds, a private bathroom, A/C, heat, and access to an elevator.
  • Historic Abbott Hall (Economy Style) – Each room includes two single beds, a private bathroom, and heat.
  • If you have any lodging concerns due to extreme mobility restrictions that would require you to be lodged in the Blue Ridge Center please contact Josh Sartori at jsartori@yblueridge.org.

If you have any special requests, dietary restrictions OR serious mobility restrictions that would require you to be housed on a ground-level room, please enter them here. Please note that not all of our buildings have access to an elevator.
    ALL THE FINE PRINT: Deposits are refundable if reservation is cancelled prior to Tuesday, Apirl 16, 2024. After Tuesday, Apirl 16, 2024, deposits are non-refundable, however, are transferable to a replacement participant. No refunds will be issued for reservations cancelled during program dates. Packages cannot be divided or discounted for missed nights, meals, or programs. Reservations will not be made without a deposit. All deposits will be subtracted from the total amount and any remaining balance will be due upon arrival (cash, check or debit/credit card - Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express). A convenience fee of 3% will be added to all debit/credit card payments. Reservations are taken by mail, fax, or online. Please no phone reservations. All cancellations must be requested in writing. The following are not permitted on YMCA Blue Ridge Assembly property: pets, camping, firearms and all weapons, tobacco use, candles, incense, and decorative lighting. The assembly requests names and age categories of all attendees upon registration. Names and age categories of all attendees are required, so blue ridge can provide statistical information to Y-USA. The assembly reserves the right to use photographs of individuals on assembly grounds in any promotional materials.
