• Rooms in All Buildings have been filled. If you plan to join in a room with an attendee who has already reserved a room, please contact Chehala Andriananjason at candriananjason@yblueridge.org or by phone at (828) 210-8489.
• Registration will close on September 27th. 
• This form will allow you to register up to four attendees for one room. If you would like to register more than one room you will have to complete an additional registration form.
• This form only registers you for lodging and meals at the YMCA Blue Ridge Assembly.  Please also register with the Symposium online at HERE.

Package Details:

• Lodging Packages are available for those that will stay on site and Commuter Packages are available for those with alternative lodging.  Early Arrival and Late Departure Lodging Packages are available for those that will arrive on Thursday, October 3rd or Depart on Monday, October 7th.
• Pricing Details – Registrations are made with a minimum deposit of $100 for Lodging Packages or the full payment for Commuter Packages.  All balances are due upon arrival and may be paid by cash, check, or credit/debit card (all credit/debit cards will be subject to a convenience fee of 3%). When making payments on PayPal there will not be a 3% fee, it will only be applied if you pay your invoice upon arrival.  Deposits are refundable if reservation is canceled prior to Friday, September 6th, 2024.  After Friday, September 6th, deposits are non-refundable, however, are transferable to a replacement participant.  All packages are sold as a package and will not be reduced due to missed nights or meals.  No refunds will be issued for reservations canceled during program dates.
• Additional Meals Include: The option of Friday Breakfast ($13), Friday Lunch ($15) Sunday Dinner ($19), Monday Breakfast ($13, and Monday Lunch ($15).  Your conference meal package begins with Dinner on Friday.  All costs are sold as a package and will not be reduced due to missed nights or meals.
• Commuter Packages Include: All meals expect for breakfast which is dinner on Friday, lunch and dinner on Saturday, and lunch on Sunday.  The price of the package includes a $20 facility fee. This package does not include any overnight lodging.

ALL THE FINE PRINT: Deposits are refundable if reservation is cancelled prior to Friday, September 6th, 2024. After Friday, September 6th 2024, deposits are non-refundable, however, are transferable to a replacement participant. No refunds will be issued for reservations cancelled during program dates. Packages cannot be divided or discounted for missed nights, meals, or programs. Reservations will not be made without a deposit. All deposits will be subtracted from the total amount and any remaining balance will be due upon arrival (cash, check or debit/credit card - Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express). A convenience fee of 3% will be added to all debit/credit card payments. Reservations are taken by mail, fax, or online. Please no phone reservations. All cancellations must be requested in writing. The following are not permitted on YMCA Blue Ridge Assembly property: pets, camping, firearms and all weapons, tobacco use, candles, incense, and decorative lighting. The assembly requests names and age categories of all attendees upon registration. Names and age categories of all attendees are required, so blue ridge can provide statistical information to Y-USA. The assembly reserves the right to use photographs of individuals on assembly grounds in any promotional materials.
