- Lodging Packages with Meals – Lodging in one room for five nights at the historic YMCA Blue Ridge Assembly.
- Lodging reservations require a minimum deposit of $100 per person.
- All rates listed are per person. Packages cannot be divided or discounted for missed nights or meals.
- Lodging will be provided in one of the buildings below. Â
- Breazeale Family Lodge (formerly 10 Bedroom Lodge)
- Weatherford Hall – rooms have one double and one single bed, and private bathroom
- Lotz Lodge– mix of private & shared bathrooms, A/C, and shared kitchen in building. Mix of king, queen & bunk beds. This new building is not yet listed on our website; however, you can visit the following link to preview the floor plan.
- Meals Included – Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner will be served in the Blue Ridge Center Dining Hall beginning with Dinner on Saturday, October 12th and ending with Breakfast on Thursday, October 17th.
- Lodging Packages With Meals:
- Single Occupancy (no roommate): $727.00/person
- Double Occupancy (one roommate): $472.00/person
- Triple Occupancy (two roommates): $387.00/person

- Lodging Packages without Meals – Lodging in one room for five nights at the historic YMCA Blue Ridge Assembly.

- If you do not wish to purchase a meal plan, you must lodge in either the Breazeale Family Lodge (formerly 10 Bedroom Lodge) or the newly completed Lotz Lodge. All rooms include heat and A/C and at least one bed.
- Breazeale Family Lodge (formerly 10 Bedroom Lodge) -mix of private & shared bathrooms, A/C, and shared kitchen in building. Mix of king, queen & bunk beds.
- Lotz Lodge-Lotz Lodge– mix of private & shared bathrooms, A/C, and shared kitchen in building. Mix of king, queen & bunk beds. This new building is not yet listed on our website; however, you can visit the following link to preview the floor plan.
- If you choose to purchase a lodging package without Meals, lodging options offer full kitchens, dining areas, a common living space and covered porch.
- These buildings are located about a 10-minute walk, uphill, from the main building (Blue Ridge Center). Many guests may prefer to drive to and from the Blue Ridge Center. If you need transportation to or from any of the housing sites on campus, please reach out to BMMF staff.
- Lodging Packages Without Meals:
- Single Occupancy (no roommate): $526.00/person
- Double Occupancy (one roommate): $271.00/person
- Triple Occupancy (two roommates): $186.00/person
- Commuter Packages – Commuters will attend the festival daily but will not stay overnight. All commuters must select one of the two packages below.
- Commuter reservations require a full payment.
- All rates listed are per person. Packages cannot be divided or discounted for missed meals.
- Meals Included – Meals are served in the Dining Hall, located in the Blue Ridge Center.
- Lunches & Dinners package begins with Dinner on Saturday, October 12th and ends with Dinner on Wednesday, October 16th.
- Lunches Only package begins with Lunch on Sunday, October 13th and ends with Lunch on Wednesday, October 16th.
- Commuter Packages Available:
- Commuter with Lunches & Dinners: $157.00/person
- Commuter with Lunches Only: $72.00/person
- If you have serious dietary restrictions that would prohibit you from taking meals at the Assembly, please contact your registration coordinator, Chehala Andriananjason at candriananjason@yblueridge.org for alterative options.
Financial Details:
- Packages cannot be divided or discounted for missed nights or meals.
- Cancellations made prior to September 12th, 2024 are fully refundable. After September 12th, all $100 deposits are non-refundable.
- Please note that a convenience fee of 3% will be added to all credit/debit card payments made directly with the Assembly.
