Established in July 2014, Tracey and Tim Sullivan formed an endowment fund at YMCA Blue Ridge Assembly, the Tracey and Tim Sullivan Endowment Fund. The endowment is focused on removing the inevitable financial challenges that many have in attending the Christian Values Conference.

Tracey and Tim have designated that earnings from the Sullivan Endowment Fund are to be used to scholarship Central Florida high school students and/or adult volunteers, so they may attend the annual Christian Values Conference held at YMCA Blue Ridge Assembly. If there are no Central Florida high school youth or volunteers needing assistance, then youth or volunteers from the state of Florida may appeal to the Assembly for financial assistance. In any year the Christian Values Conference is not held, then income may be used to scholarship financially-challenged high school students participating in Assembly program-led activities. Disbursements are made in consultation with Tim Sullivan.
