Ryan Graham joined the staff team at YMCA Blue Ridge Assembly in 2025. Ryan is a graduate of Morehead State University where he received a BA in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management and a Minor in Health. Ryan has a storied history with the YMCA starting his professional career at the YMCA of Greater Cincinnati, serving both the Willard L. Wade and RC Durr YMCAs. In 2006, Ryan joined the team at the YMCA of Greater Charlotte raising to the role of association Executive Director at the Brace Family YMCA.

Ryan’s first visit to YMCA Blue Ridge Assembly was in 1987 with YMCA Blue Ridge Leaders’ School. He has continued to serve the School as part of the School staff and as a member of the School Leadership Team.
