Greg Hall joined the staff team at YMCA Blue Ridge Assembly in 2018. His first visit to the Mountain was in 1978 as a teen with the Tri-City YMCA in Northern Kentucky for YMCA Blue Ridge Leaders’ School. Greg began his YMCA career as a volunteer before accepting a Sports and Teen Director position in Atlanta, Georgia with the Ashford Dunwoody YMCA. He later served two YMCA Associations in North Carolina, Northwest North Carolina YMCA and YMCA of Greater Charlotte, with a variety of roles including Associate Executive Director, Senior Membership and Marketing and Branch Executive. Greg also served the Y movement as a senior consultant for the Redwoods Group before assuming his current role as Vice President of Mission Impact at the YMCA Blue Ridge Assembly.

Greg is currently serving as the YMCA Blue Ridge Leaders’ School Director. He is stepping down after the July 2026 School.
