Package Information:

• Lodging packages include two nights of Lodging in the Blue Ridge Center where all rooms include two queen beds, a private bathroom, Heat, A/C and access to an elevator. Meals begin with Dinner on Monday and end with Breakfast on Wednesday and includes one beverage break.
  • Lodging Rates: $188/ Per Room- Per 2 Night Stay
  • Meal Package & Facility Fee Rates: $65 per person and is required
  • Registration Fee: $30 per person and is required
  • Early Arrival Night: Sunday October 27th (optional): $94 per Room
  • Commuter: Meal Tickets can be purchased when you arrive, pricing is per person.
  • Breakfast $11, Lunch $13, Dinner $15
  • Activities(Optional): Beer 101 (20 person Limit) $10 per person. Golf at Black Mountain Golf Course (Green Fees will be paid at the golf course).

ALL THE FINE PRINT: Deposits are refundable if reservation is canceled prior to September 27th 2024. Starting September 27th 2024, deposits are nonrefundable, however, are transferable to a replacement participant. No refunds will be issued for reservations canceled during program dates. Packages cannot be divided or discounted for missed nights, meals, or programs. Reservations will not be made without a deposit. All deposits will be subtracted from the total amount and any remaining balance will be due upon arrival (cash, check or credit/debit card - Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express). A convenience fee of 3% will be added to all credit/debit card payments. All cancellations must be requested in writing. The following are not permitted on YMCA Blue Ridge Assembly property: pets, camping, firearms and all weapons, tobacco use, candles, incense, and decorative lighting. The assembly requests names and age categories of all attendees upon registration. Names and age categories of all attendees are required, so blue ridge can provide statistical information to Y-USA. The Assembly reserves the right to use photographs of individuals on assembly grounds in any promotional materials.
