Brent Haddas joined the staff team at YMCA Blue Ridge Assembly in 1997 as a member of the summer staff. He held multiple roles throughout the Mountain, from Resident Director of Younts Hall to Conference Services Director, before assuming the Operations Director in 2013. Brent is a graduate of Appalachian State University where he holds a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Psychological Counseling.
