Staff Alumni Reunion Weekend 2019

Join us for a fun filled weekend back on the Mountain!

  Arrival: Friday, July 5th | Check-In: 6:00 PM (after dinner)

  Departure: Sunday, July 7th | Check-Out: 10:00 AM

  First Meal: Dinner on Friday at 6:00 PM | Last Meal: Breakfast on Sunday


Registration Information:

  • Attendees may submit one registration per family.  Registrations may be submitted below or may be submitted through the attached Printed Registration Form at the top of this page. 
  • Each family member 3 years or older must be registered for a Lodging or Commuter package. Packages cannot be divided. The Child Rate is applied to attendees aged 3-11 at the time of attendance.  
  • Children and Commuter packages require full payment, while Adult Lodging packages require a minimum deposit of $50.
  • A portion of all packages will be contributed to the Staff Alumni Operating Fund to improve the daily experience of staff residing at the YMCA Blue Ridge Assembly.
  • Cabins may be reserved, on a first come first serve basis, through the registration coordinator, Emy Gafford, at or 828-210-2158. Cabins will not be discounted and each cabin resident must select the commuter meal package.

Lodging Packages Include:
  • Lodging: Two nights in Asheville Hall. Asheville Hall has heat and A/C, but no elevator.
  • Meals: Dinner on Friday, July 5th through Breakfast on Sunday, July 7th
  • * Single Occupancy (room by yourself) - $115.00 per person
  • * Double Occupancy (room with one or more roommates) - $90.00 per person
  • * Select Children Packages below.
Commuter Packages Include:
  • Daily Attendance at the retreat. Lodging at the YMCA Blue Ridge Assembly is NOT included.
  • Meals: Dinner on Friday, July 5th through Breakfast on Sunday, July 7th EXCLUDING Breakfast on Saturday, July 6th
  • * Commuter Package - $35.00 per person
  • * Select Children Packages below.
  • The Child Rate is applied to attendees aged 3-11 at the time of attendance. Please include children under the age of three under the "Spouse and/or Guests" Box.
  • * Child Lodging Package - $25.00 per person
  • * Child Commuter Package - $17.50 per person

To Finish Your Registration:
  1. Continue to the next screen to fill in your billing information. Then proceed to review your order.
  2. Next, you will then be transferred to PayPal to make your payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, you may opt to pay with a credit /debit card.
  3. Within 7 days of completing your registration, you will receive a personalized invoice & email confirmation.
Package rates will not be divided or reduced due to missed nights or meals. Deposits are nonrefundable, but are transferrable. All deposits will be subtracted from the total amount due. Any remaining balance will be due upon arrival (cash, checks or credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express). All cancellations must be requested in writing.
