Residential Package includes: Lodging for two nights, 5 meals beginning with Dinner on Friday, July 6 through Breakfast on Sunday, July 8, and all program participation
Commuter Package includes: Program participation and Dinner on Saturday only.
Additional meals for commuters (Breakfast and Lunch) can be purchased at Guest Services upon arrival.
For those staying on grounds, a $50 deposit is due upon registration. The remaining balance can be paid prior to arrival or upon arrival to YMCA Blue Ridge Assembly.
For those who are commuting (and are bringing at least two adults), a $20 deposit is due upon registration. The remaining balance can be paid prior to arrival or upon arrival to YMCA Blue Ridge Assembly. However, if it will just be one adult attending, the full amount of $15 is due registration.
Deposits are refundable if reservation is cancelled prior to June 7,2018 or may be transferred to a replacement participant or transferred to the Blue Ridge Fund. All cancellations, deposits or Blue Ridge Fund transfers must be submitted in writing.
Reservations are only taken by mail, fax, or on-line. Registrations will not be taken over the phone.
