Melissa Bailey Logan joined the team at YMCA Blue Ridge Assembly in 1994 as a member of the summer collegiate staff. She returned as the Assembly’s Assistant Front Desk Supervisor before completing her internship in operations during the summer of 1997. Once accepting a full-time position on the Mountain, Melissa has held multiple roles including the Assistant Food Services Director, Guest Services Director, Development Director, Vice President of Advancement and Executive Vice President before being named the President and CEO in April 2017.

Melissa is a graduate of the University of South Alabama with a BS in Leisure Studies with an emphasis in Tourism and Commercial Recreation.
