Step 2: Description of Cost

The single and double costs listed include 8 meals (Breakfast, Saturday, June 3rd – Lunch, Monday, June 5th), 3 nights lodging, a facility fee, and a registration fee. If you sign up to stay the night of Thursday, June 1st, the cost includes the Thursday night lodging and no meals on Thursday or Friday. All costs below are sold as a package and will not be reduced due to missed nights or meals. Rooms vary in size and shape: some with two double beds, one double and one single bed, and two single beds.   • Please fill out one registration form PER INDIVIDUAL
  • All deposits are subtracted from the total amount due.
  • All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Reservations are taken by mail, fax, or on-line @ www.blueridgeassembly.org.
  • Please no phone reservations.
  • Balance is due upon arrival (cash, checks or credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express).
