The single and double costs listed include 8 meals (Breakfast, Saturday, June 2nd – Lunch, Monday, June 4th), 3 nights lodging, a facility fee, and a registration fee. If you sign up to stay the night of Thursday, May 31st, the cost includes the Thursday night lodging and no meals on Thursday or Friday. All costs below are sold as a package and will not be reduced due to missed nights or meals. Rooms vary in size and shape: some with two double beds, one double and one single bed, and two single beds.
All the fine print: Deposits are nonrefundable, however, are transferrable to another event participant. Reservations will not be made without a deposit. All deposits will be subtracted from the total amount and any remaining balance will be due upon arrival (cash, checks or credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express). Reservations are taken by mail, fax (828.669.5147), or online @ www.blueridgeassembly.org/stay/events. Please no phone reservations. All cancelations or Blue Ridge Fund transfers must be requested in writing.
