LiveSTRONG at the YMCA Survivor Retreat 2020

This retreat is designed to nourish the hearts and souls of cancer survivors and their families. Experience workshops and relaxation. Enjoy fellowship, reflections, and learning.

Arrival Date: Friday, April 17th | Check- In Time: 3:00 pm

Departure Date: Sunday, April 19th | Check-Out Time: 10:00 am

First Meal: Breakfast, Saturday, April 18th | Last Meal: Breakfast, Sunday, April 19th

Packages Include:

Every attendee must register individually and pay a deposit of at least $50, excluding complimentary First Time Attendees. Registrations can be made online or by sending in the attached paper registration form.

All packages include a facility fee along with:

  • Meals, beginning with Breakfast on Saturday and ending with Breakfast on Sunday.
  • Lodging, Friday & Saturday night in the Blue Ridge Center (elevator available).  

Lodging Occupancy:

  • Double-Occupancy (you will have a roommate) - Please list your roommate preference below.  If you do not have a roommate preference, you will be assigned a roommate of the same gender.
  • Single-Occupancy (room to yourself)

Packages Offered:

First Time Attendee - LiveSTRONG at the YMCA Survivors attending for the first time are offered a complimentary double-occupancy package. If you prefer a single-occupancy package, the total will be $100.

Returning Attendee - LiveSTRONG at the YMCA Survivors who have previously attended this conference are offered a double-occupancy package, totaling $150. If you prefer a single-occupancy package, the total will be $200.

Survivor's Companion - Companions of LiveSTRONG at the YMCA Survivors are encouraged to choose a double-occupancy package, totaling $150. If you prefer a single-occupancy package, the total will be $200.

Attendee Registration:  

If you have selected a Double-Occupancy package, please list your roommate preference here. If you do not have a roommate preference, you will be assigned a roommate of the same gender. If your requested roommate should cancel, you will be charged the single-occupancy rate.
If you have any special requests, dietary restrictions OR serious mobility restrictions that would require you to be housed on a ground-level room, please enter them here. Please note that not all of our buildings have access to an elevator.

 

To Complete Your Registration:
  1. Continue to the next screen to fill in your billing information. Then proceed to review your order.
  2. Next, you will then be transferred to PayPal to make your payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, you may opt to pay with a credit /debit card.
  3. Within 7 days of completing your registration, you will receive a personalized invoice & email confirmation.

DEPOSITS ARE REFUNDABLE IF RESERVATION IS CANCELED PRIOR TO 3/18/2020. STARTING 3/18/2020, DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE, HOWEVER, ARE TRANSFERABLE TO A REPLACEMENT PARTICIPANT. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR RESERVATIONS CANCELED DURING PROGRAM DATES. RESERVATIONS WILL NOT BE MADE WITHOUT A DEPOSIT IF PACKAGE HAS A COST. ALL DEPOSITS WILL BE SUBTRACTED FROM THE TOTAL AMOUNT AND ANY REMAINING BALANCE WILL BE DUE UPON ARRIVAL (CASH, CHECK OR CREDIT CARD - VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER OR AMERICAN EXPRESS). RESERVATIONS ARE TAKEN BY MAIL, FAX, OR ONLINE. PLEASE NO PHONE RESERVATIONS. ALL CANCELLATIONS, DEPOSITS OR BLUE RIDGE FUND TRANSFERS MUST BE REQUESTED IN WRITING. The Assembly requests names and age categories of all attendees upon registration. Names and age categories of all attendees are required, so Blue Ridge can provide statistical information to Y-USA.
