Last Meal: Breakfast on Friday, February 22nd

Description Of Cost

Fees are listed as such: $190 per person for double occupancy (two people per room) OR $285 per person for single occupancy (one person per room). 

The single and double costs listed include lodging for 2 nights, 5 meals (Dinner on Wednesday, February 20th through Breakfast on Friday, February 22nd), and conference fees.  All rooms have 2 queen beds and an attached bathroom. 

If you are unable to attend the entire conference, there is a Commuter Package option below with a listed fee of $55.  The cost listed includes Lunch, Dinner, and conference fees on Thursday, February 21st only. 

Please select either the single occupancy or double occupancy lodging option. You may pay a deposit of $100, OR, the full payment.
If you have chosen double occupancy accommodations, enter your roommate's here, or a roommate of the same gender will be assigned to you.
If you are registering a roommate or spouse, your roommate's total rate will be $190. You may pay a deposit of $50, OR, the full amount of $190.

This rate is available for participants who cannot attend the entire conference. The commuter conference rate of $55 includes lunch, dinner, and conference participation on Thursday, February 21st, 2019. This package does not include an overnight stay. If you have already selected a lodging package, you do not need to select the commuter package also.

Reservations will not be made without a deposit. Deposits are nonrefundable, but are transferrable to another event registrant. Deposits will be subtracted from the total amount due. All remaining balances are due upon arrival (cash, checks or credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express).
