YMCA Blue Ridge Assembly provides unique opportunities for adults, international staff, and collegiate students seeking work and training in the fields of hospitality, guest services, outdoor recreation, and more. While the busy summer season has traditionally been the hallmark of the Blue Ridge experience, we also have year-round employment including full and part-time positions, paid internships, work-study programs, and volunteer opportunities.
