Package Information:
Lodging registration includes two nights lodging in Blue Ridge Center, Asheville Hall, or Abbott Hall(economy rate), meals from Friday dinner to Sunday lunch and facility fees. $100 deposit or Payment in full required.
Commuter registration includes meals and facility fees. You will have the option to choose meals for only the days are you attending the conference. Payment in full required.

Pricing (rates are per person):
Single Occupancy: $400
Double Occupancy*: $260
Single Occupancy (economy): $264
Double Occupancy (economy)*: $192

Commuter Rate: $40-$106 depending on days attending $20 Facility Fee

• Rates are per person.
• Child rates (ages 4-12) are available. Please call Guest Services at (828) 669-8422 to add a child to your registration.
• Registrations require a minimum deposit of $100.00 for lodging packages, and full payment for commuters.
● If reservations are cancelled prior to April 10th, deposits are refundable.
● Registration will close May 2nd or when lodging spaces are full.
● All balances are due upon arrival. Balance may be paid by cash, check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express). A convenience fee of 3% will be added to all credit/debit card payments.
