Package Information:

  • The YMCA Blue Ridge Assembly will be a host site again this year, offering lodging and meals during the event! Register with us below for a Lodging or Commuter package. To register for your Global Leadership Summit ticket, please click here to visit their website.
  • Lodging Packages - Lodging Packages includes a one-night stay, on Thursday, August 5th, and meals (Lunch on Thursday with Breakfast and Lunch on Friday). Your conference admission is NOT included.
  • Early Arrival Add-On Packages - An early arrival night stay on Wednesday, August 4th and Breakfast on Thursday, August 5th.
  • Commuter Package - The Commuter Package includes Lunch on Thursday and Friday. Your conference admission and lodging are NOT included.

ATTENDEE REGISTRATION

Submit one registration per attendee, choosing a Lodging or Commuter package below. All rates listed are per person.

Lodging Packages includes a one-night stay, on Thursday, August 5th, and meals (Lunch on Thursday with Breakfast and Lunch on Friday). Your conference admission is NOT included. Lodging will be provided in the Blue Ridge Center where all rooms have two queen beds, AC/Heat, and a private bathroom.
If you have chosen the Double Occupancy package, please list your requested roommate.
Early Arrival Add-On Packages include an early arrival night stay on Wednesday, August 4th and Breakfast on Thursday, August 5th. Your requested roommate must also arrive early to qualify for the Double Occupancy Package.
The Commuter Package includes Lunch on Thursday and Friday. Your conference admission and lodging are NOT included.

ALL THE FINE PRINT: Deposits are refundable if the reservation is canceled prior to arrival. No refunds will be issued for reservations canceled during program dates. Packages cannot be divided or discounted for missed nights, meals, or programs. Reservations will not be made without a deposit. All deposits will be subtracted from the total amount and any remaining balance will be due upon arrival (cash, check or credit card - Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express). A convenience fee of 3% will be added to all credit card payments. Reservations are taken by mail, fax, or online. Please no phone reservations. All cancellations, deposits, or Blue Ridge Fund transfers must be requested in writing. The following are not permitted on YMCA Blue Ridge Assembly property: pets, camping, firearms and all weapons, tobacco use, candles, incense, and decorative lighting. The assembly requests names and age categories of all attendees upon registration. Names and age categories of all attendees are required, so blue ridge can provide statistical information to Y-USA. The assembly reserves the right to use photographs of individuals on assembly grounds in any promotional materials.
