Registration Fee

Includes lunch on both days but no lodging!

Please submit one registration per attendee.

$169/person YMCA Discounted Rate 

Lodging (additional fee) - arrive on Wednesday, August 7th with the option to stay for one or two nights

  • Hotel-Style: Accommodations with two queen-sized beds, AC/Heat, and private bathroom.
  • Economy-Style: Accommodations with twin-sized beds, heat, and private bathroom.
  • If you would like a room to yourself, please select the "Single" option. If you want a roommate, please select the "Double" option.
If you have chosen a double-occupancy option, please list your requested roommate. If you do not list anyone, we will assign roommates based on gender.

If you are staying for only one night, please indicate which evening you would like to stay.

All the fine print: Deposits are nonrefundable, however, are transferrable to another event participant. Reservations will not be made without a deposit.  All deposits will be subtracted from the total amount and any remaining balance will be due upon arrival (cash, checks or credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express). Reservations are taken by mail, fax (828.669.5147), or online @ www.blueridgeassembly.org/stay/events. Please no phone reservations.
