The Green Rockery Society is a giving society of donors who make a three year commitment of at least $1,000 annually to the YMCA Blue Ridge Annual Giving Program. The commitment of these generous givers who make YMCA Blue Ridge a philanthropic priority ensures that our programs are open to all, and that the next generation of leaders is nurtured.
In 1906, our visionary founder, Dr. Willis Weatherford, established YMCA Blue Ridge Assembly as a place where people of all ages could learn and grow, regardless of financial standing - and today, more than 100 years later, we continue his legacy of impact by inaugurating this fundamental new generation of supporters.
