Family Camp 2019

 Arrival: Monday, July 29th | Check-In: 3:00 PM (earliest)

 First Meal: Dinner on Monday, July 29th | Last Meal: Breakfast on Saturday, August 3rd

Lodging: Lodging will be assigned based on the size of your family.  If you require special facilities please inform us in the "Dietary Restrictions/Special Requests" box below.  All requests must be finalized 30 days prior to camp arrival to avoid additional charges.

Please remember the following are not permitted on YMCA Blue Ridge Assembly property: pets, alcohol, illegal drugs, smoking, vaping, fire arms and fireworks.

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner will be served beginning with Dinner on Monday, July 29th and ending with Breakfast on Saturday, August 3rd.

Pricing: A package rate of $450 is applied to every camper 5 years or older at the time of attendance.  Packages cannot be divided or discounted for missed nights or meals.  A deposit of $225 per person is due upon registration.  All deposits are nonrefundable.  Registration will not be made without a deposit.  Final payment is due July 1st.

 

Registration Form: Every Camper MUST have a package applied.

To Finish Your Registration:
  1. Continue to the next screen to fill in your billing information. Then proceed to review your order.
  2. Next, you will then be transferred to PayPal to make your payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, you may opt to pay with a credit /debit card.
  3. Within 7 days of completing your registration, you will receive a personalized invoice & email confirmation.

All the fine print: By registering, you are agreeing to the following: I hereby consent to and authorize the use of reproduction of any and all photographs or video footage taken of me. I understand that I receive no reimbursement for allowing my photo to be taken or for the use of the photo or video. I will not hold the YMCA Blue Ridge Assembly, its employees, volunteers, or fellow campers responsible for any injuries that occur during activities, or injuries on the property, or after my camping session.

Package rates will not be divided or reduced due to missed nights or meals. Deposits are nonrefundable, but are transferable to another event participant. All deposits will be subtracted from the total amount and any remaining balance will be due upon arrival (cash, checks or credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express).

Reservations will not be made without a deposit. Reservations are taken by mail, fax at 828-669-514 7, or online @ www.blueridgeassembly.org/stay/events. Please no phone reservations.

All cancellations must be requested in writing.
