Package Information:

• Five nights of Lodging will be provided in one hotel-style room where all rooms include two queen beds, a private bathroom, Heat and A/C. You can also request an adjoined room for $100.
• Meals include Saturday Dinner through Thursday Breakfast, served buffet style in our Dining Hall, located in the Blue Ridge Center.
• Enjoy our challenge courses, guided hikes, crafts, guided family games, and reflection on our porches. Free time for outdoor recreation, ventures into Black Mountain or Asheville to experience the popular area attractions, free swim, and more!  At night, join us for a campfire with s’mores and other family friendly evening activities!

Pricing:

• A package rate of $420 is applied to each Adult Attendee. A deposit of $100 per adult is required to register.
• A package rate of $140 is applied to each Child Attendee, age four and older. No deposit is required for children. There is no cost for children under age four, but they must be registered.
• Packages cannot be divided or discounted for missed nights, meals, or programs. Deposits are refundable if the reservation is cancelled prior to May 8th, 2024.

ALL THE FINE PRINT: By registering, you are agreeing to the following: I hereby consent to and authorize the use of reproduction of any and all photographs or video footage taken of me. I understand that I receive no reimbursement for allowing my photo to be taken or for the use of the photo or video. I will not hold the YMCA Blue Ridge Assembly, its employees, volunteers, or fellow campers responsible for any injuries that occur during activities, or injuries on the property, or after my camping session. Deposits are refundable if reservation is canceled prior to May 8th, 2024. Starting May 8th, 2024, deposits are nonrefundable, however, are transferable to a replacement participant. No refunds will be issued for reservations canceled during program dates. Packages cannot be divided or discounted for missed nights, meals, or programs. Reservations will not be made without a deposit. All deposits will be subtracted from the total amount and any remaining balance will be due upon arrival (cash, check or credit/debit card - Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express). A convenience fee of 3% will be added to all credit/debit card payments. Reservations are taken by mail, fax, or online. Please no phone reservations. All cancellations, deposits or blue ridge fund transfers must be requested in writing. The following are not permitted on YMCA Blue Ridge Assembly property: pets, camping, firearms and all weapons, tobacco use, candles, incense, and decorative lighting. The assembly requests names and age categories of all attendees upon registration. Names and age categories of all attendees are required, so blue ridge can provide statistical information to Y-USA. The assembly reserves the right to use photographs of individuals on assembly grounds in any promotional materials.
