Event Details:

• Departure Date: Sunday, February 26, 2023

Registration will close on Wednesday, February 15th.

Lodging Package Information:

• Each attendee should submit their own registration unless they are spouses/partners.
• Lodging packages include overnight lodging at the YMCA Blue Ridge Assembly. The types of buildings to choose from are:
  • Hotel Style – Hotel Style buildings (Asheville Hall or Weatherford Hall) are located near the Dining Hall and Auditorium buildings.  Rooms include two beds (singles, doubles, or a mix), a private attached bathroom and heat.  Rooms cost $92/night.
  • Economy Style – Our Economy Style building (Hibbard Hall) is located within a 5-10 minute walk uphill from the Dining Hall and Auditorium buildings.  Rooms include two sets of single bunk beds, a private attached bathroom, Heat and A/C.  Rooms cost $60/night.
• The types of rooms to choose from are:
  • Single Occupancy – no roommate
  • Double Occupancy – shared room with one roommate
  • Triple Occupancy – shared room with two roommates
  • Quad Occupancy – shared room with three roommates
  • If you select a Double, Triple, or Quad Occupancy room, please list your roommate/s below. You may request to have one roommate (of the same gender) assigned if you select the Double Occupancy option.

Financial Details:

• If you need to change or cancel your reservation, please email Emy at egafford@yblueridge.org as soon as possible.
• The last day to register for lodging will be Monday, February 20^th. 
• Deposits are not required to register but all balances will be due upon arrival (cash, check, or credit/debit card – Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express).  A convenience fee of 3% will be added to all credit/debit card payments. 
• Refunds will not be issued for reservations canceled during program dates and packages cannot be divided or discounted for missed nights, meals, or programs.

The following are not permitted on YMCA Blue Ridge Assembly property: pets, camping, firearms and all weapons, tobacco use, candles, incense, and decorative lighting. Names and age categories of all attendees are required, so Blue Ridge can provide statistical information to Y-USA. Name tags will be provided to attendees and should be worn while on grounds as a measure of safety and security.
