• The Campfire Conference Overnight Package rate includes conference participation, three nights of double occupancy lodging (one roommate), eight meals and snacks.
  • Register between October 1st and October 31st for Early Bird Registration Rates:
    • Double-Occupancy Room (one roommate) – $386
    • Single-Occupancy Room (no roommate) – $521
  • Register between November 1st and December 31st for Regular Rates:
    • Double-Occupancy Room (one roommate) – $411
    • Single-Occupancy Room (no roommate) – $546
• Commuter Packages are available for those that will not require overnight lodging.
  • The Entire Conference commuter rate includes conference participation Sunday-Wednesday and meals from dinner on Sunday, January 21st through dinner on Tuesday, January 23rd: $251/person
  • The Monday Only commuter rate includes conference participation, breakfast, lunch and dinner on Monday, January 23rd only: $150/day
  • The Tuesday Only commuter rate includes conference participation, breakfast, lunch and dinner on Tuesday, January 23rd only: $150/day
• Cottage Packages
  • Is your YMCA bringing six or more staff? Cottages may be available as a housing option. For information and photos on individual cottages: www.blueridgeassembly.org/stay. Email Melanie Schultz at mschultz@yblueridge.org for availability and rates. Cottages are limited.
  • Note: Scholarships and early-bird discounts are not available for cottage rentals.

Financial Details:

• Registrations are made with a minimum deposit of $100.00 for lodging packages or the full payment for commuters.
• All balances are due upon arrival on January 21st. Balance may be paid by cash, check or credit/debit card. A convenience fee of 3% will be added to all credit/debit card payments made in house. If the remainder of your balance, less the deposit, is coming out of your 2023 budget, please make arrangements with your registration coordinator, Emy.
• If reservations are cancelled prior to December 22, 2023, deposits are refundable or transferable.

ALL THE FINE PRINT: Deposits are refundable if the reservation is canceled prior to December 22, 2023. No refunds will be issued for reservations canceled during program dates. Packages cannot be divided or discounted for missed nights, meals, or programs. Reservations will not be made without a deposit. All deposits will be subtracted from the total amount and any remaining balance will be due upon arrival (cash, check or credit/debit card - Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express). A convenience fee of 3% will be added to all credit/debit card payments. Reservations are taken by mail, fax, or online. Please no phone reservations. All cancellations, deposits, or Blue Ridge Fund transfers must be requested in writing. The following are not permitted on YMCA Blue Ridge Assembly property: pets, camping, firearms and all weapons, tobacco use, candles, incense, and decorative lighting. The assembly requests names and age categories of all attendees upon registration. Names and age categories of all attendees are required, so blue ridge can provide statistical information to Y-USA. The assembly reserves the right to use photographs of individuals on assembly grounds in any promotional materials.
