Package Details:
- Lodging Packages – Lodging in one room for five nights at the historic YMCA Blue Ridge Assembly.
- Lodging reservations require a minimum deposit of $100 per person.
- All rates listed are per person. Packages cannot be divided or discounted for missed nights or meals.
- Lodging will be provided in one of the buildings below.  All rooms are include heat, two beds, and an attached private bathroom.
- Blue Ridge Center –Â REACHED CAPACITY –Â rooms have A/C with queen beds and access to an elevator
- Asheville Hall – rooms have A/C with double beds, single beds, or both
- Weatherford Hall – rooms have one double and one single bed
- Meals Included – Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner will be served in the Blue Ridge Center Dining Hall beginning with Dinner on Saturday, October 15th and ending with Breakfast on Thursday, October 20th.
- Lodging Packages Available:
- Single Occupancy (no roommate): $685.00
- Double Occupancy (one roommate): $442.00
- Triple Occupancy (two roommates): $361.00
- Commuter Packages – Commuters will attend the festival daily but will not stay overnight. All commuters must select one of the two packages below.
- Commuter reservations require a full payment.
- All rates listed are per person. Â Packages cannot be divided or discounted for missed meals.
- Meals Included – Meals are served in the Dining Hall, located in the Blue Ridge Center. The Lunches & Dinners package begins with Dinner on Saturday, October 15th and ends with Dinner on Wednesday, October 19th. The Lunches Only package begins with Lunch on Sunday, October 16th and ends with Lunch on Wednesday, October 19th.
- Commuter Packages Available:
- Commuter with Lunches & Dinners: $147.00
- Commuter with Lunches Only: $65.00
- If you have serious dietary restrictions that would prohibit from taking meals at the Assembly, please contact your registration coordinator, Emy at egafford@yblueridge.org for alterative options.
Financial Details:
- Packages cannot be divided or discounted for missed nights or meals. Deposits of $100 per person are refundable if the reservation is cancelled prior to September 15, 2022.
- A convenience fee of 3% will be added to all credit/debit card payments made at the Assembly.
