Carolina's Family Camp 2020

 First Meal: Breakfast on Saturday, March 7th | Last Meal: Breakfast on Sunday, March 8th 

Lodging: Lodging for two nights at the Historic YMCA Blue Ridge Assembly.

  • Lodging will be provided in the Blue Ridge Center/Asheville Hall where all rooms have two beds, an attached bathroom, A/C, and heat. Rooms include sheets, towels, and once daily towel service each morning. Rooms do not include hair dryers, irons, refrigerators, microwaves or televisions.
  • If you require special accommodations, elevator access, or would prefer to have an adjoining room with another family, please inform us in the appropriate section below.
  • Name tags will be provided to attendees four and older and must be worn while on grounds as a measure of safety and security.
  • Please remember the following are not permitted on YMCA Blue Ridge Assembly property: pets, camping, firearms and all weapons, tobacco use, candles, incense, and decorative lighting.

Meals:  Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner will be served in our Dining Hall, located in the Blue Ridge Center. Meals begin with Breakfast, Saturday, March 7th and end with Breakfast, Sunday, March 8th.

Pricing: Package rates are based off of an attendee’s age upon arrival on Friday, March 6th, 2020.

  • Each attendee will have a package. Please read below for a description of the packages.
  • The First Adult Package includes the total cost of lodging for one room, meals, and the facility fee for the First Adult.
  • The Additional Adult Package includes the cost of meals and the facility fee for one Additional Adult, 12 years or older.
  • The Child Package include the cost of meals and the facility fee for one Child between the ages of 4 and 11 years old.
  • The First Adult is required to pay a deposit $100 to register. The $100 deposit will be deducted from the total package cost of $267. Balances are due upon arrival.
  • Each Additional Adult, 12 years or older, must pay their full cost of $63 to register.
  • Each Child, between the ages of 4 and 11 years old, must pay their full cost of $31 to register.
  • Each Child under the age of 4 has no cost to attend, but must be registered below.
  • Reservations will not be made without a deposit. Packages cannot be divided or discounted for missed nights, meals, or programs. Deposits are refundable if reservation is canceled prior to 02/06/2020. Starting 02/06/2020, deposits are nonrefundable, however, are transferable to a replacement family. A convenience fee of 3% will be added to all credit card payments made in house.

Registration Form: Every attendee MUST have a package applied.

"PACKAGE - FIRST ADULT" includes all lodging costs for one room.

If you would like more than ONE of any checked "Additional Needs," please specify in the box below. Pack N’ Plays and Mesh Kiddie Cots have a total cost of $10 each per stay to be billed upon arrival. Roll away beds are not available in the Blue Ridge Center/Asheville Hall.
If you have any special requests, dietary restrictions OR serious mobility restrictions that would require you to be housed on a ground-level room, please enter them here. Please note that not all of our buildings have access to an elevator.

  1. Continue to the next screen to fill in your billing information. Then proceed to review your order.
  2. Next, you will then be transferred to PayPal to make your payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, you may opt to pay with a credit /debit card.
  3. Within 7 days of completing your registration, you will receive a personalized invoice & email confirmation.

DEPOSITS ARE REFUNDABLE IF RESERVATION IS CANCELED PRIOR TO 02/06/20. STARTING 02/06/20, DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE, HOWEVER, ARE TRANSFERABLE TO A REPLACEMENT PARTICIPANT. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR RESERVATIONS CANCELED DURING PROGRAM DATES. RESERVATIONS WILL NOT BE MADE WITHOUT A DEPOSIT. ALL DEPOSITS WILL BE SUBTRACTED FROM THE TOTAL AMOUNT AND ANY REMAINING BALANCE WILL BE DUE UPON ARRIVAL (CASH, CHECK OR CREDIT CARD- VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER OR AMERICAN EXPRESS). A CONVENIENCE FEE OF 3% WILL BE ADDED TO ALL CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS. RESERVATIONS ARE TAKEN BY MAIL, FAX, OR ONLINE. PLEASE NO PHONE RESERVATIONS. ALL CANCELLATIONS, DEPOSITS OR BLUE RIDGE FUND TRANSFERS MUST BE REQUESTED IN WRITING. The Assembly requests names and age categories of all attendees upon registration. Names and age categories of all attendees are required, so Blue Ridge can provide statistical information to Y-USA. The Assembly reserves the right to use photographs of individuals on Assembly grounds in any promotional materials.
