  • Regular Rates are in affect until January 4, 2020.
  • Registrations will not be made without a minimum deposit of $100.00 for lodging packages, and the full payment for commuters.
  • All balances are due upon arrival on January 12th. Balance may be paid by cash, check or credit card.
  • If reservations are cancelled prior to December 13th, deposits are refundable or transferable. After December 13th deposits are nonrefundable, and are transferable to a replacement participant only.

  • If the remainder of your balance, less the deposit, is coming out of your 2020 budget, please make arrangements with the YMCA Blue Ridge Assembly.

All rates listed are per person. The Campfire Conference Package rate includes conference participation, three nights of double occupancy lodging, eight meals, and snacks. Please request your roommate below. Cabin Packages for parties of six or more have been sold out for 2020. Please contact Emy Gafford at egafford@yblueridge.org if you have any questions. Commuter Packages are available below for those that will not require overnight lodging at the YMCA Blue Ridge Assembly. After December 13th, deposits are nonrefundable and may only be transferred to a replacement participant.
If you do not have a preferred roommate enter "assign" and we will assign you a roommate of the same gender. If your requested roommate cancels, you will be either assigned a roommate of the same gender or charged the single occupancy rate.
In addition to the Campfire Conference, conference attendees are invited to attend a preconference training on Saturday, January 11th. The Preconference Training Package rate of $65.50 includes preconference participation and Lunch on Saturday, January 11th. If you would like to add single occupancy lodging the night of Saturday, January 11th the total will be $141.50. If you would also like to add Breakfast on Sunday, January 12th, the total cost will be $151. Lunch will not be available on Sunday, January 12th. COURSE DESCRIPTION: The Youth Mental Health First Aid is designed to teach parents, family members, caregivers, teachers, school staff, peers, neighbors, health and human services workers, and other caring citizens how to help an adolescent (age 12-18) who is experiencing a mental health or addictions challenge or is in crisis. Youth Mental Health First Aid is primarily designed for adults who regularly interact with young people. The course introduces common mental health challenges for youth, reviews typical adolescent development, and teaches a 5-step action plan for how to help young people in both crisis and non-crisis situations. Topics covered include anxiety, depression, substance use, disorders in which psychosis may occur, disruptive behavior disorders (including AD/HD), and eating disorders.
This rate is available for participants who cannot attend the entire conference, or for those who have accommodations other than the YMCA Blue Ridge Assembly. The Daily Conference Attendee - All Days commuter rate includes conference participation Sunday - Wednesday and all meals from Dinner on Sunday, January 12th through Dinner on Tuesday, January 14th. The One Day Only commuter rate includes conference participation, Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner on that day.
If you have any special requests, dietary restrictions OR serious mobility restrictions that would require you to be housed on a ground-level room, please enter them here. Please note that not all of our buildings have access to an elevator.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR RESERVATIONS CANCELED DURING PROGRAM DATES. RESERVATIONS WILL NOT BE MADE WITHOUT A DEPOSIT.
