<h3>Description of Costs</h3>

Prices includes lodging for two nights in a hotel-style room and six meals beginning with lunch on Wednesday, 9/18 and ending with breakfast on Friday, 9/20. Costs below are sold as a package and will not be reduced due to missed nights or meals. Registration is on an individual basis. Each person interested in attending must complete and submit their own registration. All rooms have a private bath and air conditioning. Please visit our website to view a grounds map or for travel directions at www.blueridgeassembly.org.

If you are attending the pre-conference training, please choose the night(s) you will need on-site lodging. All early arrival night stays are based on single occupancy pricing.
If you are attending the pre-conference training, please select any of these meals you wish to take on-site prior to the start of the conference.
If you have chosen double occupancy accommodations, please enter the name of your desired roommate here. Otherwise a roommate will be assigned to you.
Commuters will not stay overnight at the YMCA Blue Ridge Assembly. Meals are offered as packages and cannot be divided.
If you have any special requests, dietary restrictions OR serious mobility restrictions that would require you to be housed on a ground-level room, please enter them here.

  1. Continue to the next screen to fill in your billing information. Then proceed to review your order.
  2. Next, you will then be transferred to PayPal to make your payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, you may opt to pay with a credit /debit card.
  3. Within 7 days of completing your registration, you will receive a personalized invoice & email confirmation.

All the fine print: Deposits are nonrefundable, however, are transferrable to another Camp Habitat 2019 registrant. Reservations will not be made without a deposit.  All deposits will be subtracted from the total amount and any remaining balance will be due upon arrival (cash, checks or credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express). Reservations are taken by mail, fax (828.669.5147), or online @ www.blueridgeassembly.org/stay/events.
