BOLD & GOLD Training 2019

Arrival Date: Friday, May 17, 2019 OR Saturday, May 18, 2019 Check-In Time: 3:00 pm
Departure Date: Friday, May 24, 2019 Check-Out Time: 10:00 am
Every attendee must register individually for either Option 1 or Options 2 and pay the full amount. There is no commuter option. Shared rooms are available but will not be discounted.

  • Option 1: Begins Friday, May 17th for the Field Instructor Training with Logistics Training. The cost is $300 per person. See below for specific information regarding what lodging and meals are provided.
  • Option 2: Begins Saturday, May 18th for the Field Instructor Training Only. The cost is $215 per person. See below for specific information regarding what lodging and meals are provided.
This Option is for Registrants who are attending both the Field Instructor Training AND the Logistics Training. The cost is $300 per person. Shared rooms are available but are not discounted. If you would like a shared room, fill out your 'Roommate Request' line below. Commuters are not discounted. This rate includes:

  • Lodging at the Assembly: Friday, May 17th (check-in after 3pm) – Sunday, May 19th in a room with a private bathroom
  • Logistics Training: Saturday, May 18th
  • Field Instructor Training: Sunday, May 19th at 9am – Friday, May 24th at 4pm
  • Meals at the Assembly: Breakfast, May 18th through Breakfast, May 19th
  • Meals in the Field: Lunch on May 19th through Lunch on May 24th
  • Lodging in the Field/on the Trail: Sunday, May 19th – Friday, May 24th for Field Instructor Training. Includes group gear and some personal gear (backpack, sleeping bag and pad).

To Finish Your Registration:
  1. Continue to the next screen to fill in your billing information. Then proceed to review your order.
  2. Next, you will then be transferred to PayPal to make your payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, you may opt to pay with a credit /debit card.
  3. Within 7 days of completing your registration, you will receive a personalized invoice & email confirmation.

Deposits are nonrefundable, however are transferrable to another event participant. Reservations will not be made without a deposit. All deposits will be subtracted from the total amount and any remaining balance will be due upon arrival (cash, checks or credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. All cancellations or Blue Ridge Fund transfers must be requested in writing. Reservations are only taken by mail, fax (828-669-5147), or online @ www.blueridgeassembly.org/stay/events.
