Package Information:
  • Please submit one registration per attendee with the minimum $100 Deposit for Lodging Packages or the Full Payment for Commuter Packages. Reservations will not be made without a deposit. All deposits will be subtracted from the total amount and any remaining balance will be due upon arrival (cash, check or credit card- Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express). A convenience fee of 3% will be added to all credit card payments made in house.
  • Deposits are refundable if the reservation is canceled prior to arrival. No refunds will be issued for reservations canceled during program dates. Packages cannot be divided or discounted for missed nights, meals, or programs.
  • If you require special accommodations, please notify us in the Dietary/Mobility Restrictions or Special Requests space below.

 

ATTENDEE REGISTRATION

Submit one registration per attendee, choosing a Lodging or Commuter package listed below. All rates listed are per person. Name tags will be provided to attendees and should be worn while on grounds as a measure of safety and security.

Lodging for five nights at the historic YMCA Blue Ridge Assembly.

  • Lodging reservations require a minimum deposit of $100. All rates listed are per person.
  • All rooms include heat, two beds, and an attached private bathroom.
  • Lodging will be provided in the Blue Ridge Center (rooms have air conditioning and queen beds), Asheville Hall (rooms have air conditioning and double beds, single beds, or both) or Weatherford Hall (rooms have one double and one single bed). Lodging will be assigned first come, first serve, giving preference to attendees with serious mobility concerns.
  • Meals Included – Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner will be served in the Blue Ridge Center Dining Hall. Meals begin with Dinner on Saturday, October 16th and end with Breakfast on Thursday, October 21st.

  • Single Occupancy (no roommate): $668.00
  • Double Occupancy* (room with a roommate): $431.00
  • Triple Occupancy* (room with two roommates): $351.00
  • *Please select your roommate preference using the Assign Me a Roommate or Roommate Request option below.
    If your requested roommate cancels, you will be charged the Single Occupancy Rate.

Commuters will attend the festival daily but will not stay overnight at the YMCA Blue Ridge Assembly.

  • Commuter reservations require a full payment. All rates listed are per person.
  • Meals Included – Lunch and Dinner will be served in the Dining Hall, located in the Blue Ridge Center. The Lunches & Dinners package begins with Dinner on Saturday, October 16th and ends with Dinner on Wednesday, October 20th. The Lunches Only package begins with Lunch on Sunday, October 17th and ends with Lunch on Wednesday, October 20th. Meals are offered as a package and cannot be divided.

  • Commuter with Lunches & Dinners: $143.00
  • Commuter with Lunches Only: $63.00
If you have any special requests, dietary restrictions OR serious mobility restrictions that would require you to be housed on a ground-level room, please enter them here. Please note that not all of our buildings have access to an elevator.

 

To Complete Your Registration:
  1. Continue to the next screen to fill in your billing information. Then proceed to review your order.
  2. Next, you will then be transferred to PayPal to make your payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, you may opt to pay with a credit /debit card.
  3. If you haven't received a personalized confirmation email within 7 days of submitting your registration please check your spam folder. Please email your registration coordinator at egafford@yblueridge.org if you have any further questions, concerns, or requests.

All cancellations, deposits, or Blue Ridge Fund transfers must be requested in writing. The following are not permitted on YMCA Blue Ridge Assembly property: pets, camping, firearms and all weapons, tobacco use, candles, incense, and decorative lighting. The assembly requests names and age categories of all attendees upon registration. Names and age categories of all attendees are required, so blue ridge can provide statistical information to Y-USA. The assembly reserves the right to use photographs of individuals on assembly grounds in any promotional materials.
