A $100 deposit is required at time of registration to reserve your spot.
All Fees must be paid in full by January 7, 2018.
Fees are listed as such: $390 per person for double occupancy OR $490 per person for single occupancy
All payments are non-refundable, but are transferable to another person or YMCA.
If the remainder of your balances, less the deposit, is coming out of your 2018 budget, please make arrangements with the Blue Ridge Assembly.
If multiple participants from your branch are attending, please send the registrations together if registering by mail or fax.
If your YMCA is bringing 8 or more staff, consider renting one of the available cabins during the conference! Please contact Hunter Nussbaumer, the registration coordinator, for availablity and rates. These are only available on a first come, first serve basis as we only have a limited number! Note: Scholarships and early-bird discounts are not available for cabin rentals.
